Dog Adoption Fees
 Includes: spay or neuter, distemper vaccination (DHPP for dogs), rabies vaccination (if age-appropriate), canine kennel cough vaccination, de-wormer, heartworm test (6 month & older), flea & tick preventative, microchip.

Cat Adoption Fees​ Includes: spay or neuter, distemper vaccination (FVRCP for cats), rabies vaccination (if age-appropriate), FeLV (feline leukemia & FIV testing), de-wormer, flea & tick preventative, microchip. ​

The adoption application can be filled in on line.   Once you have completed it, save the file.  You can then print the form and and mail, attach it to an email or fax it to the Shelter Manager.  (If you prefer, you can save the file then fill it in later, either by typing or printing by hand.)

NOTE:  Cell phones cannot be used for the adoption application to work properly. If you submit an adoption application through your cell phone it will not come through.
